1cupbrown sugar
1cupsugar
½cupvegetable oil
½cupmelted butter
4eggs
1teaspoonvanilla
¼teaspoonsalt
1teaspooncinnamon
1 ½cupsself-rising flour
2cupstoasted pecans
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, sugar, oil, butter eggs and vanilla.
Whisk until smooth.
Add in the salt, cinnamon and flour and stir to combine.
Add in the chopped pecans.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Place the cake in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out cleanly.
Remove and let the cake cool before slicing and serving.
