Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl except for sugar.
In a separate bowl, beat sugar and butter.
Add flour mixture.
Add milk, honey. Mix.
Knead the dough and roll out the layer. Cut out cookies and poke holes with a fork.
Cook at 350 F for 11-12 minutes.
