Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups Whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 6 tablespoons Butter
  • ¾ cups Brown sugar
  • 3 ½ tablespoons Milk
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl except for sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, beat sugar and butter.
  • Add flour mixture.
  • Add milk, honey. Mix.
  • Knead the dough and roll out the layer. Cut out cookies and poke holes with a fork.
  • Cook at 350 F for 11-12 minutes.
  • Serve
