  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar and salt. Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter until you have a crumbly mixture.

  1. To make the filling, whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Add in the sour cream, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and flour. Whisk until smooth. Use a spatula and fold in the diced peaches. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth into an even layer.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups butter

Filling

  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
