To make these loaded fries, we start with frozen fries for convenience and top them with seasoned ground beef, plenty of shredded cheddar, and all the classic burger toppings. The sauce is super easy to mix together with mayo, sour cream, chopped pickles, and a few pantry spices. It’s creamy, tangy, and totally crave-worthy.

Variations

  • Swap the meat: Use ground turkey or a plant-based ground to make it lighter or vegetarian.
  • Change up the cheese: Try pepper jack, mozzarella, or even American slices for extra melt.
  • Add some heat: A few jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce can spice things up.
  • Make it a salad: Layer all the toppings over a bed of lettuce and skip the fries for a lower-carb version.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spread the fries on a baking tray and place in the oven to brown, or follow directions on the package.

Notes

I don’t recommend leftovers, unless the toppings are removed before reheating.
