Making chicken breasts flavorful and juicy can be hard. The key to this is preparing it correctly. We always marinate the chicken breasts in a marinade filled with herbs and garlic. How do you make grilled chicken breast?

First step for this will be making the marinade. While the marinade is super simple, you can use fresh herbs or dried herbs. I would suggest using fresh herbs only if you can as the taste changes significantly. I understand this may not always be possible and the marinade tastes great either way!

The marinade is a simple one. A blend of lemon juice, Worcestershire Sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper, fresh or dried oregano, fresh or dried basil. Marinade time is from 2-8 hours. Whenever we can we marinate for as long as possible. Mix the marinade in the morning and get the chicken marinating for the day! Undeniably this will give you the BEST flavor and the most juicy grilled chicken breasts! This tasty marinade is also perfect for pork, shrimp, steak and even salmon! The possibilities are endless.
