This delicious blueberry bread with yogurt is a berry-licious banana bread variation we make with yogurt for an even more moist texture.

🔪 How to Make Blueberry Bread with Yogurt

Making this bread is just as easy as any other quick bread. It just takes a little mixing, and then you bake it for about an hour. That’s all there is to it! You’ll be in and out of the kitchen in no time.

Step 1: Prep

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: Combine the Wet Ingredients

Add the bananas, yogurt, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and butter. Mix with a spoon until well combined.

Step 3: Combine the Dry Ingredients

Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt together.

Step 4: Make the Batter

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well. Then, toss the blueberries with a tablespoon of flour to coat and fold 1 1/4 cups of the blueberries into the batter.

Step 5: Bake

Pour the batter into the lined loaf pan and top with the remaining blueberries. Bake for an hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool and enjoy!

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 ½ Cups Fresh Blueberries
  • Cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 ½ Cups Flour
  • ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ Cup Butter Melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
