💭 Tips

  • For an extra burst of flavor, try adding a sprinkle of your favorite Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes to the meat sauce.
  • If you’re short on time, you can use pre-cooked pasta to save a few minutes during prep.
  • Be sure to toast the sub rolls just enough so they stay crisp and don’t get soggy when layered with the sauce and spaghetti.
  • Freshly grated cheese works best for a gooey, melty finish compared to pre-shredded cheese.
