Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

  • 8 ounces caramels unwrapped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8×8 pan with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
