Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 19 ounces frozen cheese tortellini
  • 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella provolone blend

Instructions

  • Season your steak with the garlic salt, onion powder and black pepper.
  • In a large skillet over medium high heat melt the butter and add in the steak and cook just till it has a little color.
  • Add the peppers and onions and cook for another 5 minutes.
