When our son was growing up Dunkaroos were a popular snack. And, we have to admit that we fell in love with them just like he did. If you are like us and love them then this is the recipe for you.

🔪 How to Make This Dunkaroo Cheesecake

Step 1: Preheat the oven and prepare your pan

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line the cupcake/muffin pan with the white cupcake liners.

Step 2: Make the crust

Using a food processor or ziplock bag and rolling pin, grind up the Nilla cookies until finely
crushed into sand like. Pour into a bowl and whisk the sugar into the ground Nilla cookies.
Mix in the melted butter until a wet sand-like mixture forms, remove 1⁄4 C of the crust into another
bowl.

Step 3: Add the crust to the paper liners

Using a tablespoon, spoon about 1 1⁄2 tablespoon of crust into the cupcake liners. Then, using a flat bottom cup, press the crust into a thick even layer.

Step 4: Make the cheesecake batter

Using a large bowl and hand beaters, beat the cream cheese, cake mix, sour cream, vanilla
extract, and sugar until combined. Beat eggs into the batter, 1 egg at a time. Fold in 1 1⁄4 C of Funfetti sprinkles into the cheesecake batter.

Step 5: Finish building the cheesecakes

Spoon about 2 1⁄2 – 3 tbsp of cheesecake batter into the cupcake liners. Sprinkle some of the crust that was set aside earlier, on top of the batter. Using 3⁄4 C of sprinkles, sprinkle some on top of the cheesecake batter.

Step 6: Bake and cool the cheesecake

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the middle has set. Allow to cool for 30 minutes on the counter before removing the cheesecake from the pan and into the fridge to continue to cool overnight.

Step 7: Finish the cheesecake

Top with fresh whipped cream, more sprinkles, and a Dunkaroo cookie Enjoy!
