Ingredients
- 4-6 lbs pork ribs St Louis style or baby back
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbs molasses
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Place spareribs in a large pot and add just enough water to cover the ribs ; boil ribs over medium-high heat 30 minutes, or until just cooked. Do not over cook!Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingedients and mix well.Place ribs in a large roasting pan and baste well with sauce. Bake 30 minutes, basting occasionally and turning once after 15 minutes.Turn on broiler and broil until roasted to your liking Remove ribs from pan and cut apart every 2 ribs .Serve with remaining sauce.
