Tips

Although this is a straightforward recipe, we do have some tips to ensure you’re able to make the absolute best cookies possible. Even easy recipes have little secrets to them, you know.

Fully Softened Butter and Cream Cheese – Fully soften your butter and cream cheese to ensure that they can whip up nice and smooth.

Measure the Flour Correctly – This is the most common mistake in baking. Fluff your flour with a spoon and add flour by the spoonful to the measuring cup until it’s overflowing. Then, use the flat side of a knife to level it off.

Dampen Your Hands – Dampen your hands before rolling your dough into balls to keep your hands from becoming a mess.

Scrape Your Bowl – Always scrape your bowl while you mix to ensure that you get all the ingredients fully incorporated.
