These slow cooker pork chops are such a flavorful and impressive dinner.  Pork chops slow cook in a rich sauce of chicken stock, heavy cream, garlic and sun dried tomatoes and is amazing over a pile of mashed potatoes. 

We love chops, and one of our favorite ways to make them is in the slow cooker. They get so tender, and there’s very little work involved. This particular recipe is great because it’s full of all the flavors we love in marry me chicken, but it’s made with pork.

🔪 How to Make Slow Cooker Marry Me Pork Chops

Making this recipe is even easier than the ingredient list. It only takes a few minutes of prep, and then you just wait for the slow cooker to work its magic.

Step 1: Make the Sauce

Combine the chicken stock, cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, paprika, and cornstarch in a bowl.

Step 2: Add Everything to the Slow Cooker

Place the pork chops in the slow cooker. Then, pour the cream sauce over the top of them. Top with sundried tomatoes and butter.

Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours. Garnish with basil and serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.

  • 8 boneless pork chops
  • 1 ½ cups chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup sundried tomatoes

  • Basil for garnish


  • Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
