- 8 boneless pork chops
- 1 ½ cups chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl combine the chicken stock, cornstarch, cream, garlic, italian seasoning, onion powder and paprika.
- Pour the sauce mix all over the pork chops.
- Top with the sundried tomatoes and butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
