- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar and salt. Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter until you have a crumbly mixture.
- Press the dough into the bottom of the pan and press down into an even layer. Place in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
- To make the filling, whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Add in the sour cream, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and flour. Whisk until smooth. Use a spatula and fold in the diced peaches. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth into an even layer.
- Take the remaining crust and sprinkle over the top of the peach mixture. Place the pan back into the oven and bake for 55-60 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and allow to cool.
- To make the glaze, place the powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of cream and the vanilla into a medium sized bowl and whisk. Continue to add heavy cream until you get the consistency desired.

Ingredients
Crust
- 3 cups flour
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups butter
Filling
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¾ cup flour
- 3 cups diced fresh peaches
Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 Tablespoons heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar and salt.
- Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter until you have a crumbly mixture.
- Remove about 1 ½ c to save for the top crust. Press the remaining dough into the bottom of the pan and press down into an even layer.
