Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pound baby potatoes halved
- 2 cups baby potatoes
- 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Place your veggies into the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Arrange the chicken on top.
- In a bowl combine the ranch mix, cream of chicken soup and heavy cream.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken and potatoes, stirring it slightly into the veggies below.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours until the potatoes and carrots are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve!
