- ⅔ cup Tequila
- ⅓ cup Strawberry Margarita Mix liquid
- Coarse Salt
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Stir in watermelon gelatin powder until dissolved.
- Stir in tequila and margarita mix.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes (so it’s not hot enough to melt the cups) then pour the jello shot mixture into your plastic condiment cups. Chill in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
- When the jello shots have completely set, dip the rims in simple syrup or corn syrup and then the salt so the rims are salted like a margarita glass.
