Ingredients

  • 22 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon raspberry oil or 2 tsp raspberry extract
  • Pink food coloring
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a medium sized saucepan, place the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, coconut oil and raspberry oil over low heat.
  • Stirring frequently until the chocolate has completely melted.
  • Add in one drop of food coloring at a time until you reach the desired color of pink.
  • Pour into a 9” x 9” pan that’s been lined with parchment paper.
  • Smooth the top and add the sprinkles.
  • Allow the pan to cool to room temperature before chilling an hour in the refrigerator before slicing into squares.
