Ingredients
3lbsboneless chicken breastscut in half lengthwise
1canCream of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 ounces, condensed )
1canCream of Chicken Soup (10 3/4 ounces, condensed)
12ozfresh mushrooms sliced
½cupmarsala wine
1cupsour cream
½tspgarlic powder
½tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray
Place chicken breast in baking dish in a single layer. Lightly salt and pepper. Spread mushrooms on top
In a medium size bowl mix soups, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder and marsala wine. Then pour over top of chicken and make sure it is spread evenly.
Bake on middle rack, uncovered, for approximately 45 mins.- 1 hour, until chicken breast is cooked thoroughly
Serve with noodles, rice, potatoes or your favorite veggies!
