Ingredients
2tablespoonsvegetable oil
1poundboneless skinless chicken breastdiced

1teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoononion powder
3tablespoonsunsalted butter
1tablespoongarlicminced

½cupBBQ sauce
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
8fajita-size or street taco tortillas
Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the diced chicken, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Stir occasionally and cook for 7–9 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly browned.
Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium-low.
Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly so the garlic does not burn.
Stir in the honey, BBQ sauce, and apple cider vinegar until combined.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
Reduce the heat to low and let the chicken simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds or heat them in a dry skillet.
Fill each tortilla with the saucy chicken.
Top with red onions, cilantro, or any toppings you like. Serve immediately.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
