3tablespoonsoil
1tablespoondried italian seasoning
2teaspoonsgarlic powder
¼teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
½teaspoonpaprika
1head cabbagecut into 8 equal slices
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl stir together the parmesan cheese, oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper and paprika in a small bowl until well combined.
Place the cheese mixture in 8 equal mounds on the 2 baking sheets (4 on one and 4 on the other).
Spread the cheese mixture out about the size of each cabbage slice.
Place a cabbage slice down on each cheese mixture spot.
Bake in the oven until cabbage is tender-crisp and Parmesan creates a golden brown crust on bottom of cabbage, 16 to 18 minutes, rotating pans between top and bottom racks and from front to back halfway through or just bake one pan at a time.
Remove the cabbage from the oven and let sit for 2-5 minutes.
Use a spatula to carefully flip the cabbage and cheese crust over.
Place the pans back in the oven and bake another 8 minutes.
