Slow Cooker Chicken Lo Mein
Slow cooker chicken lo mein is full of classic Asian flavor and so easy to make. Just throw everything into your slow cooker and let it go.

pound
boneless skinless chicken breasts
1
cup
matchstick carrots
1
red bell pepper
sliced
⅔
cup
lite soy sauce
½
cup
hoisin sauce

oyster sauce

brown sugar
4
cloves
garlic
minced
½
teaspoon
red chili flakes

sugar snap peas

lo mein noodles
Instructions
Place your chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Place the carrots and sliced red peppers ontop of the chicken.
In a mixing bowl combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic and red pepper flakes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook on low for 6 hours or 4 hours on high.
15 minutes before you are ready to serve take the chicken out and shred it. Add the chicken back to the slow cooker and add the sugar snap peas.
Give everything a stir and place the lid back on for 15 minutes while you prepare your noodles.
Cook the noodles to the box directions and drain.
Add the noodles to the slow cooker and toss to coat the noodles.
Sprinkle on the chopped scallions and some sesame seeds to garnish.
Serve!
