This fully loaded slow cooker cheesy corn is full of cream cheese, bacon, and scallions. It's a corn-u-copia of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen corn
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter cut in cubes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese cut in cubes
  • ¼ teaspoons pepper
  • 6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbed
  • ¼ cup sliced scallions

Instructions

  • Place corn, sugar and salt in slow cooker, stir well to combine everything.
  • Pour the milk in the slow cooker. Place butter and cream cheese cubes all over the top of the corn.
  • Cover and cook for 3 hours on low.
  • Remove the lid and stir the corn until it becomes a creamy mixture. Stir in the pepper.
  • Top the corn with the scallions and bacon and serve!
