- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
- 0.87 ounce brown gravy mix
- 1 small onion diced
- ½ cup sliced pepperoncinis
- 4 tablespoons butter
In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
Form the mixture into 4 equal patties and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, brown gravy mix, and ranch dressing mix.
Pour the gravy mixture over the patties in the slow cooker.
Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each patty.
Add the diced onions and sliced pepperoncinis over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours, until the patties are cooked through and tender.
Serve warm with gravy spooned over the top.
