Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
  • 0.87 ounce brown gravy mix
  • 1 small onion diced
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoncinis
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
  • Form the mixture into 4 equal patties and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, brown gravy mix, and ranch dressing mix.
  • Pour the gravy mixture over the patties in the slow cooker.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each patty.
  • Add the diced onions and sliced pepperoncinis over the top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours, until the patties are cooked through and tender.
  • Serve warm with gravy spooned over the top.
