These slow cooker steak and potatoes are the classic combo done so easily. Cubed beef and potaoes are seasoned and then slow cooked. EZ!

Ingredients

stew beef
cubed sirloin, cubed chuck roast

onion
sliced thin
2
cloves garlic
minced

teaspoon
black pepper
1
teaspoon
smoked paprika
1
teaspoon
steak seasoning
1 ½
pounds
small potatoes
6-8
pieces
frozen corn
1
stick
butter
Parsley
optional - for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium high heat sear the steak bites
quickly, you just want to get some color on the outside. Do
not worry about cooking them all the way through.
Place the meat and onion in the slow cooker.
Add the potatoes to the slow cooker.
Add the corn to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the meat and potatoes with the garlic, pepper,
paprika and steak seasoning.
Add the corn to the slow cooker.
Slice the butter and add all over the top of the steak, corn and
potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve!
