Ingredients
116 oz. box elbow macaroni (cooked according to package directions)
1cupred onion, finely chopped
1cupcelery, finely chopped
1cupcarrots, finely chopped
1cup red pepper finely chopped
2green onions, finely chopped
2hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
120 oz. canpineapple chunks
¼ cupsour cream
¼cupmayonnaise
½ cupHawaiian marinade (we use Lawry's or World Harbor)
Instructions
1. In a small bowl combine your sour cream, mayo, and Hawaiian marinade, mix until well blended.2. In a large bowl combine chopped veggies, pineapple, and macaroni, top with dressing and stir until well combine and all macaroni is coated with dressing.3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
