Rich and creamy this pasta salad is perfect all on it own but if you taking it to a BBQ or potluck you can amp it up by adding some grilled chicken or shrimp!  We grill the chicken or shrimp the day before to make things easy and your good to go.

  • 1 16 oz. box elbow macaroni (cooked according to package directions)
  • 1 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 cup red pepper finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Hawaiian marinade (we use Lawry's or World Harbor)


  • 1. In a small bowl combine your sour cream, mayo, and Hawaiian marinade, mix until well blended.
    2. In a large bowl combine chopped veggies, pineapple, and macaroni, top with dressing and stir until well combine and all macaroni is coated with dressing.
    3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
