Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 ounce taco seasoning
- ⅔ cup salsa
- 10 ounces mild red enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- ½ cup thinly sliced green onions plus more for garnish
- 16.3 ounces large refrigerated biscuits
- Optional taco toppings: shredded lettuce diced tomatoes, sour cream, additional salsa
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
