Combine the angel food cake mix and lemon pie filling until well combined. The batter will be fluffy and a little foamy.
Step 2: Bake
Pour the batter into an ungreased 9×13 baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350. Cool completely on a wire rack, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Equipment

Ingredients
- 16.75 ounces Angel Food Cake Mix I used Betty Crocker – Confetti Angel Food
- 21 ounces Lemon Pie Filling
- Powdered Sugar – to top if desired
- Whipped Cream – to top if desired
Instructions
- Place the Angel Food Cake Mix in a large bowl.
- Open the can of Lemon Pie Filling, and add the Pie Filling to the Cake Mix.
- Stir together until well mixed, and no cake mix is visible.
- The Batter will be fluffy, and foam up a little.
- Pour into a 9 X 13 dish (un-greased) and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
- The Cake will rise above the dish in the oven, but will settle when removed.
- When the Cake is done, remove from the Oven to a wire rack, and allow to cool completely.
- Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar, and cut into 3 X3 inch squares.
- Serve, and Enjoy!
