Making this delicious lush may seem like a lot of work. However, it’s actually pretty easy so you can have a delicious dessert recipe in no time at all.
Step 1: Make the cookie crust
In your food processor crush all the cookies into crumbs. And, then place the cookies into a large bowl add the melted butter and stir until well blended. Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of a 9×13 glass baking dish.
Step 2: Make the orange gelatin layer
In a small bowl, place the orange gelatin, and add the boiling water. And then, whisk together until combined and most of the gelatin is dissolved.
Step 3: Make the pudding
In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry pudding mixes and milk until combined. Whisk the orange gelatin into the vanilla pudding until completely combined.
Step 4: Make the cream cheese mixture
In a large bowl using an electric mixer combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping.
Step 5: Color the cream cheese mixture
Stir in a few drops of the purple food coloring, until you get your desired purple shade. And, then spread over the cookie crust.
Step 6: Start the layers
Spread the orange jello/pudding layer over the cream cheese layer.
Step 7: Color the remaining whipped toppings
Mix the rest of the whipped topping with a few drops of the green food coloring until you get the green color you desire. Spread the green whipped topping over the gelatin layer.
Step 8: Finish and chill
