Step 1: Prepare the baking pan
Spray a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray, and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Step 2: Heat the flour
Place the flour in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave the flour until it’s hot, about 1 1/2 minutes. Add the salt to the bowl and mix until smooth.
Step 3: Melt the butter and chocolate
Melt the Butter and White Chocolate in the microwave at 10-second intervals, stirring between, until melted. Stir well. Add Sugar and stir to blend until smooth.
Step 4: Add the condensed milk and cherries
Add the condensed milk milk to the melted white chocolate mixture, and stir until smooth. Add the Maraschino Cherries, and Cherry juice, and stir well.
Step 5: Finish the fudge
Pour half of the Fudge mixture into the square pan, and press evenly into the pan with a spatula, or the back of a large spoon. Add the broken Oreos on top of the fudge, and pour the remaining Fudge mixture on top, and smooth with a spatula.
Step 6: Chill the fudge
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or longer if needed, until the fudge is firm, and set.
