These Snowman Brownies are the perfect treat for the winter season. They are cute, delicious, and easy to make. The brownies are rich and fudgy, topped with a creamy white chocolate frosting and decorated with a festive snowman.

We love cute desserts during the holidays and these are one of our favorites to make when we want a dessert to stand out! Not, only are they super cute, but they don’t take a long time to make either.

🔪 How to Make These Snowman Brownies

Roll the Pillsbury sugar cookie dough into 2-inch balls. Freeze the dough balls for 30 minutes to make them easier to dip.

Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

Stack the cookie dough balls together then dip them in the white chocolate.

Before the chocolate hardens decorate the snowman. Chill the truffles in the fridge while you make the brownies.

Bake the brownies according to the package directions. Then cool completely.

Cut the brownies into squares, spread a thin layer of frosting on top of the brownies, and apply the truffle. Allow the frosting to harden before serving.

Storage – Due to the sugar cookie dough in the truffles, you must keep them in an airtight container in the fridge. They will stay fresh for up to four days.

Freezing – You can also freeze these brownies for up to 3 months. To freeze them, let them cool completely and then wrap each brownie tightly in plastic wrap. Place the wrapped brownies in a freezer-safe container or bag and store them in the freezer.

  • Make sure that you pick up cookie dough that is safe to eat raw. Pillsbury is safe to eat raw, so that’s what we used.
  • If the cookie dough is sticking to your hands, you can spray your hands with nonstick cooking spray to keep it from sticking.

Ingredients

  • 16.5 ounces Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
  • 8 ounces almond bark
  • Pretzel rod minis
  • Assorted sprinkles for eyes, nose, and smile
  • Candy scarves optional: use licorice or sour belts
  • 18.75 ounces brownie mix plus ingredients on the box
  • 1 cup vanilla frosting

Instructions

Prepare Snowman Truffles:

  • Roll the Pillsbury sugar cookie dough into 2-inch balls.
  • Freeze the dough balls for 30 minutes to make them easier to dip.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Dip each cookie dough ball in the melted white chocolate, ensuring an even coating.
  • Let the chocolate set slightly, then stack one ball on top of another, securing them with a toothpick to form the snowman shape.
  • Before the white chocolate hardens completely, decorate the snowmen by using sprinkles for the eyes, nose, and smile. Stick pretzel rod minis on either side of the snowman for arms and add a candy scarf around the “neck.”
  • Place the completed snowmen on a tray and refrigerate to set.

Prepare Brownies:

  • Preheat the oven and make the brownies according to the package instructions.
  • Once baked, let them cool completely before cutting into squares.

Assemble the Brownies:

  • Spread a layer of vanilla frosting on top of each brownie square.
