Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Shaved Beef
  • 2 Onions Sliced
  • 3 Green Peppers sliced
  • 12 Slider Buns
  • 8 Provolone Sliced Cheese
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Herbs dried
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  • In a saute pan add your olive oil, onions and peppers, toss to combine.
  • Cook over medium heat until soft.
  • Remove from the heat and set to the side.
  • In a large saute pan add your shaved meat, minced garlic, beef broth, and salt & pepper to
  • taste, toss to combine.
  • Cook over medium heat until the meat is cooked to medium.
  • Set to the side
  • In a small bowl add the melted butter, italian herbs, and minced garlic, mix to combine.
  • Slice your slider buns if needed.
  • Place the bottom of the slider buns on one baking tray,
  • Set to the side
  • Place the top of the slider buns on a separate tray.
  • Using the tray with the bottom buns add your cooked shaved meat covering all of the buns.
  • Top the shaved meat with the pepper and onion mix, covering it fully.
  • Take the sliced provolone and place it on top of the shaved meat pepper onion mix.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Take your slider top buns and brush it with the butter herb mixture.
  • Place the top buns on top of the bottom buns with the the meat and pepper mixture,
  • Place it on the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and serve
