- Cook the sausage in a pan until fully cooked and browned. Set aside.

- Scramble the eggs in the sausage grease and remove the pan from the heat. Place the bottoms of the bagels in a 9×13 baking dish.

- Top with cheese, sausage, eggs, and more cheese. Then add the bagel tops.

- Brush garlic butter over the bagels and bake until the cheese is melted.

Breakfast Bagel Sliders
Equipment
- Skillet
- 9×13 baking dish
- small bowl
- spoon or brush
Ingredients
- 8 mini everything bagels
- 10 eggs
- 8 sausage patties
- 16 slices cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°. In a large pan cook the sausage patties on a medium to high heat until they are completely cooked and browned on both sides. Set to the side.
- In the same pan cook the eggs in the leftover sausage grease. Scramble them up. Turn off the heat. In a 9×13 add the bottoms of the bagels to the bottom of the dish. Add a cheese slice to each one.
- Add a sausage Pattie on top to each bagel. Add the scrambled eggs all over top of the sausages. Add more slices of cheese on top. Top with the top half of the bagels. Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and add the garlic salt to it.
- Brush the garlic butter all over top of the bagel tops and then place in the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is all melted. Lift out with a spatula and serve and enjoy!
