What is a lemon loaf exactly?

We just think of it as the same type of dessert or treat that banana bread is. Both are shaped like a loaf and have a delicious taste or flavor of something fruity. Lemon loaf has a nice ring to it but you could totally call it Lemon Bread if you want!

How would you store leftover lemon loaf?

If you happen to have any leftover (we never do!), it’s a good idea to store it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge. That way it stays as fresh and moist for as long as possible.

What would you serve this lemon loaf with?

Honestly, you don’t have to serve it with anything. But we really enjoy it in the mornings with coffee and tea or as a light afternoon snack to hold us over until dinner. It’s also perfect for an after-dinner dessert as well.

We can’t wait to hear what you think about this lemon loaf! Not only does it have just the right amount of sweetness, but the texture of it almost feels like it’s just melting away in your mouth! So simple to make and so wonderful to eat!
