No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake Pie is a to die for dessert! Are you a lemon lover? We sure are. It it one of our favorite dessert flavors. Not just because it’s cool and refreshing because we make lemon dessert even in the fall and winter months. It just has such a delicious flavor. Perfect for a summer day or any day.
This creamy No Bake Lemon Cheesecake Pie dessert inspiration came to us from our friend Terri at https://www.greatgrubdelicioustreats.com. We tried her recipe for Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie and it was sooo good!! Terri said sharing recipes from friends is a lot of fun. So we just changed this pie up a bit by adding extra cream cheese (totally amazzing), adding cool whip and using a premade no bake pie crust. If your a lemon lover you can’t go wrong with either one of these pies!
This No-Bake Lemon cheesecake Pie has a super light and luscious texture. It takes just minutes to whip up and best of all it has everything you want in a pie. Scrumptious flavor.

Making this pie super easy is the fact we just used a store bought graham cracker crust. If you’d like to make your own you can but to save time and save from heating up your kitchen if you don’t want to use a store bought one.
The filling takes just minutes to mix together, then you just have to give it some time to chill in the refrigerator. It’s so tasty you can just pour it into a cup and eat it on it’s own after it’s chilled. So good!!

No Bake Lemon Cheesecake Pie
- 2 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1/2 cup cool whip
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- small box of lemon instant pudding
- 5 oz. evaporated milk
- zest from one large lemon
- 1. Beat lemon pudding and evaporated milk together for 2 minutes, then mix in zest.
2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese for 3 minutes then add lemon juice, cool whip and frozen lemonade.
3. Then add pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture and beat until creamy and mixed well.
4. Place into a ready made graham cracker crust, chill in fridge for 4+ hours and enjoy.
