🔪 How to Make These Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Scones

In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and vanilla. And, then in another bowl whisk together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Grate the cold butter into the flour mixture, and then mix until crumbs form. Then carefully fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Pour the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Fold the dough onto itself 2-3 times until the dough has come together.
Shape your dough into a circle that is about 1 inch thick. Cut into 8 triangles. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes
While the scones cool, mix the powdered sugar and heavy whipping cream.
Then dip the top of the scones in the icing.
Add the pumpkin spice, pumpkin puree, and last 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to the remaining icing.
Place the icing in a piping bag and drizzle over the top of the scones.

- 2 ¼ cup flour
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

- Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees.
