Crazy Good Mississippi Pot Roast has got to be one of the best crock pot recipes I have ever eaten! It’s easy, delicious, moist, and crazy good!!

My husband told me I could make this once a week. I don’t really even care for  pepperoncini peppers much but they give just the perfect flavor in this meat and blend perfectly with the butter.

When I first heard about this roast I thought “hmm this can’t be that good. It doesn’t have that many things in it that can give it enough flavor”

Well let me tell you this is he most delicious pot roast you will EVER eat! Made with just five simple ingredients and slow cooked in the crockpot, I couldn’t think of an easier meal. You are going to fall in love with this!

We have served this over rice and mashed potatoes.  This also makes an amazing sandwich. Serve it on a  roll with all the drippy juices and some coleslaw any YUM!!

I just love it when you can have just a few simple ingredients taste so good. And they cook themselves!! It’s a win, win!!

Enjoy this Crazy Good Mississippi Pot Roast!
