Slow Cooker Chex Mix

This Slow Cooker Chex Mix is our favorite snack!  Two kinds of Chex cereal, pretzels, cheese crackers, oyster crackers, and mixed nuts make this the perfect blend of flavors and textures.  This roasts slowly and low in the slow cooker until it is toasty and ready to serve.

🔪 How to Make Slow Cooker Chex Mix

This is an incredibly easy recipe to make. It only takes a few minutes of prep. After that, you simply let the slow cooker do its thing.

Step 1: Combine the Cereal, Crackers, and Nuts

Combine both Chex cereals, pretzels, crackers, and nuts in your slow cooker.

Step 2: Make the Butter coating

Melt your butter in the microwave. Then, add the Worcestershire sauce and spices. Pour the mixture over the cereal mixture and stir to coat.

Cover and cook on high heat for 2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.

Step 4: Cool

After 2 hours, spread the Chex Mix out evenly onto a large cookie sheet and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of rice chex cereal
  • 3 cups of wheat chex cereal
  • 3 cups of cheese crackers
  • 3 cups of oyster crackers

  • 3 tablespoons worcheshire sauce
