In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, pepperoncini juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano.

Then add the cut cheeses, and deli meat, and mix to combine.

Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon pepperoncini juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 10 ounces cherry tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- ½ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 8 slices salami
- 8 slices ham
- 8 slices bologna
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, pepperoncini juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano.
- Chop the iceberg lettuce into small pieces and add it to the bowl and toss well with the dressing.
- Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Slice the red onion into thin strips, and slice the pepperoncini peppers into thin strips.
- Add them to the bowl.
- Stack the cheese slices and cut in half and then turn and slice them into thin strips.
- Repeat with the deli slices. Add all ingredients (except parm) to the bowl and toss well to coat with the dressing.
- Serve immediately. Add freshly grated parmesan to the top of the salad if desired.
