Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs pork tenderloin
- 2 garlic cloves , sliced and quartered
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbso soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Place tenderloin in a foil lined pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.Take a paring knife and poke holes on the top of the tenderloin about an inch deep. Peel garlic cloves and quarter each clove of garlic-lengthwise. Place the garlic slivers in each pocket. Now for the marinade..In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except for the olive oil. Then slowly drizzle the olive oil while still whisking the marinade.Pour the mixture over the tenderloin and put into preheated oven. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes, basting once halfway through.Once removed from the oven, allow the tenderloin to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Spoon the pan sauce over the sliced tenderloin.This recipe can be doubled or tripled by making more sauce and using more pork tenderloins! Perfect if your having company for dinner.
