Honey Garlic Dijon Pork Tenderloin is possibly one of the most amazing pork tenderloin recipes I have ever made.  With only 10 minutes of prep time it is perfect for a weeknight meal!

Honey Garlic Dijon Pork Tenderloin is so simple to make. Of course it has one of our favorite ingredients, garlic!  We first had this pork tenderloin when we went to a friends house for dinner. I immediately asked for the recipe. It was that good.

It is very similar to a recipe I already make but a bit different. So delicious!

Garlic adds so much flavor to food. Well it does it you like garlic as much as we do. I cut slits in the pork tenderloin and insert sliced garlic in the slits.

Honey Garlic Dijon Pork Tenderloin will become one of your favorite weeknight meals!

When you slice the pork loin you get little pieces of the garlic throughout. So yummy!!

You probably have all the ingredients to make this pork loin in your fridge or pantry.

Honey Garlic Dijon Pork Tenderloin is fork tender and so juicy!

Honey Garlic Dijon Pork Tenderloin is possibly one of the most amazing pork tenderloin recipes I have ever made.  With only 10 minutes of prep time it is perfect for a weeknight meal!
Course: Pork
Author: Rob
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 2 garlic cloves , sliced and quartered
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbso soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place tenderloin in a foil lined pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Take a paring knife and poke holes on the top of the tenderloin about an inch deep. Peel garlic cloves and quarter each clove of garlic-lengthwise.  Place the garlic slivers in each pocket.

Now for the marinade..In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except for the olive oil. Then slowly drizzle the olive oil while still whisking the marinade.

Pour the mixture over the tenderloin and put into preheated oven. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes, basting once halfway through.

Once removed from the oven, allow the tenderloin to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.  Spoon the pan sauce over the sliced tenderloin.

This recipe can be doubled or tripled by making more sauce and using more pork tenderloins! Perfect if your having company for dinner.
