Just make it the same way the recipe calls for then when your done adding your ingredients and cooking for a bit add a about three to four cups of beef broth. That is in addition to the beef broth that is already in the recipe.

What’s better than having one recipe one night then transforming it into another recipe another night?! We have been known to double this skillet recipe just so that we can have leftovers for meals like cabbage roll soup!
You can easily double this skillet recipe. When we do this we make it in a pot instead of a skillet. After half the mixture has cooled we then take half of the mixture and place it in a freezer safe container.
You can freeze up to 3 months. When your ready to use this simply take it out of the freezer and let it defrost in the fridge overnight. This put it back in a stock pot add about 6 cups of beef broth (more or less depending on how thin or thick you like your soup) and heat.
