The chocolate chips add a delicious depth of flavor and the Oreos make them so soft and chewy. Plus, they’re really easy to make so you can have fresh cookies anytime you want! Oreo Chip Cookies Ingredients
These cookies only require a few simple ingredients and you most likely already have most of them on hand in your pantry, saving you a trip to the grocery store. - Butter, cut into cubes
- Brown sugar
- White sugar
- Eggs

Oreo Chip Cookies Instructions
These Cookies and Cream Cookies are so easy, you will wonder why you have never made them before. They only require a few simple ingredients that you will most likely already have on hand and a handful of steps. Follow the steps listed below and you will have delicious cookies in no time.
Step 1: Prepare two cookie sheets and preheat the oven
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 370 degrees F.
Step 2: Mix together the dry ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, cookie crumbs, and salt. Set aside.
Step 3: Cream together butter and sugar
With an electric mixer, beat butter until creamy. Add white and brown sugar. Mix until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Step 4: Add flour mixture slowly
Add flour mixture half at a time, mixing in between additions.
Step 5: Fold in chocolate chips
Stir in semi sweet and white chocolate chips.
Step 6: Shape cookies
Place approx. 3 tbsp. Put batter on baking pans and space 4-5 inches apart (6 per pan). Place in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
Step 7: Bake the cookies
Bake cookies for 17-20 minutes.
Step 8: Cool the cookies
Allow the cookies to cool for five minutes before moving them to a wire cooling rack.
