Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Pork Chops
Equipment

Ingredients
- 6 bone-in Porkchops 1/2 thick
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Add vegetable oil to a large pan at medium to high heat, season the Porkchops with the salt and pepper on both sides and sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until brown.
- Once done add the Porkchops to the slow cooker and spread the garlic all over the Porkchops. Then sprinkle the brown sugar all over top.
- Cook on low for 6 hours and enjoy!
