🔪 How to Make Slow Cooker Hot Honey Ham

Step 1: Make the hot honey sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat whisk together the honey, peach preserves, brown sugar, red pepper flames and vinegar. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat.

Place the ham into the slow cooker and cover with roughly half of the glaze mixture. Cover and cook in the slow cooker on low for 4 hours.

Remove the ham from the slow cooker onto a serving tray. Reheat the glaze on low and pour over the rest of the glaze. If you like you can place the ham onto a lined baking sheet and pop under the broiler for a few minutes to caramelize the glaze, but that step is optional. Serve and enjoy!
