🔪 How to Make Snowman Truffles

In a large bowl, mix the coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla and stir until well mixed.

Use a cookie scoop to make 12 large balls and form in the shape of a ball. Roll each ball in extra coconut to coat the outside. Repeat to make 12 slightly smaller balls for the heads of the snowmen, also rolling in coconut.

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave to use as “glue.” Place a little bit of melted chocolate between the base and the head of the snowmen to connect them. Let them dry

Decorate the snowman with the M&M’s. Break the cinnamon sticks for arms, and wrap the candy belts around as scarves.

Quarter the brown m&m’s to use as eyes. If they do not stick, dip them in the melted white chocolate and press them into the snowman.

 Remove cinnamon stick arms before eating, and enjoy!

  • 4 cups finely shredded coconut
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

For decorating

  • ¼-⅓ cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons mini m & m’s
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Candy belts/straps

Instructions
