🔪 How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies

Making these homemade cookies is so simple. Follow the steps below and you will have a delicious dessert that your whole family will enjoy in no time at all.

Step 1: Add chopped strawberries and lemon juice to a bowl

Start by placing your chopped strawberries into a bowl and pouring the lemon juice into the bowl. 

Step 2: Mix well until the strawberries are coated with lemon juice

Mix, being sure that all the strawberries get coated with the lemon juice. 

Step 3: Let the strawberries rest for about 5 minutes

Set aside to allow the strawberries to soak up the lemon juice.

Step 4: Meanwhile preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 5: Cream together the cream cheese and butter until smooth

In a stand mixer or a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.

Step 7: Add eggs one at a time

Follow with the eggs, mixing until fully combined.

Step 8: Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt

Using a sifter, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 9: Mix the flour into incorporated

Mix until the flour is well incorporated. 

Step 10: Strain the strawberries well

Strain the strawberries to get rid of all the excess lemon juice.

Fold in the strawberries, white chocolate chips, and nuts into the cookie dough. 

Step 12: Chill the dough for at least 10 minutes

Cover the mixing bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Bake the Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies

Step 13: Shape the cookies

Once chilled, using a cookie/ice cream scoop, scoop out approximately 2 Tbsp. per cookie.

Step 15: Bake until the edges are golden brown
