I love strawberries so it’s no surprise that I love these Strawberry Daiquiri. I love anything strawberry. Strawberry tea, strawberry mojitos, strawberry lemonade, well you get the idea. I also love frozen drinks so this is a win win for me.
Always buy fresh strawberries when making Strawberry Daiquiris but here’s the thing. Your going to freeze the strawberries so that you won’t be using ice. Ice will just water down your drink. And Lawd knows we don’t want to do that!!
Just pop your cleaned strawberries in the freezer in the morning and you will have strawberry ice cubes for your drink at night!!
This frozen drink is a surefire crowd pleaser. Not only in the summer but all year long.

Ingredients
- 4 oz. rum, ligh
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries plus extra for garnish
- 1 lime, juiced
- lime slices for garnish
Instructions

In a blender, add rum, fresh and frozen strawberries, and lime juice and blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and garnish with lime slices and strawberries.
