This is a very straightforward recipe. It’s simply a holiday-themed version of twice-baked potatoes, so anyone can make them!

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and cut each baked potato in half lengthwise. Scoop out the insides of the potato halves, leaving enough in place so the skins are stable.
