For the first layer (which will be the pink or red layer, depending on how much coloring you use), you start with a portion of your white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and salt.
Then you microwave, and then slowly add in the other ingredients before adding to the pan. From there you will simply repeat the process with the white fudge mixture and then wait until the fudge is completely cooled and ready to cut.

Instructions:
This white chocolate Valentine fudge is very simple to make. The most difficult part is letting it cool before eating it!
Step 1: Prep
Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
Step 2: Make the first layer of fudge
In a large microwavable bowl mix white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk and a pinch of salt.
Then microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring until chocolate is melted.
From there, stir in vanilla extract and red food coloring until desired pink/red color is reached.
Step 3: Layer the pink/red mixture
Spread the mixture evenly into the lined pan, then let it set for 30-45 minutes.
Step 4: Make the second layer of fudge
Put the remaining white chocolate chips and the remaining sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Microwave 15 seconds at a time until chocolate is melted, then add a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir to mix.
Step 5: Layer the white mixture and add sprinkles
Spread the white mixture over the pink layer and top with your sprinkles.
Step 6: Let cool 2-3 hours before cutting
This is the hardest part, trust us! But you definitely don’t want to rush this or skip it. Let it do its thing and then cut in whatever shapes you desire.
Tips
Everyone can use some little tips, even for the simplest recipes like this one! Here are some tips when you’re making this white chocolate Valentine fudge.
Set the right power on your microwave
Make sure you set your microwave to a power that won’t scorch the fudge mixtures, and pay close attention to your fudge when it’s in the microwave.
Use room temperature ingredients
You can make it a little easier to melt and mix together by using room temperature ingredients.
Cool the pan beforehand
This may or may not make a significant difference in the long run but if you want to try and speed up the setting and cooling process, you can put the pan and parchment paper into the fridge or freezer before laying the fudge mixture down.
